Introduction:
Each time a group of men he admires and longs walks of life who identifies as necessary and at the same time reject others considered ineffective in resolving the problems that have in reality they live. In this essay, we try to understand the concept of education for a period covering the late nineteenth century to the early twentieth centuries, from the analysis of three people who have fundamental contributions to the country's educational policy. In order to approach an understanding of history as a process, we rely on the idea generation and how it affects the man's historical events, says Ortega y Gasset, English philosopher of the twentieth century.
We believe, therefore, that the men of the same generation have the same concerns, problems and needs that correspond to his age, only that each one assumes, from the interest that led him to undertake certain actions, a commitment with self and society of his time in a certain way, ie, each involved in terms of their ability, interests and character.
