La Caixa fellowship training grant of 4,700 euros to 30 internal Brieva
As reported today in a statement La Caixa, the average investment for each of the scholarship is of 4,700 euros and includes support costs training, the shift from prison to the training center, meals and a monthly grant.
Assistant Course dependents lasts 200 hours and the receptionist telephonist-450, and both are conducted in a semi-work, in order to familiarize participants with the obligations attached to stable employment.
The scholarship program for detainees is covered by an agreement signed in December 2009 by the Interior Minister Alfredo Perez Rubalcaba, and President of La Caixa and its Foundation, Isidro Faine.
Under this agreement, the Obra Social la Caixa financed for a total of $ 2010 scholarships.
Since 2005, 4,292 prison inmates across Spain have acquired vocational training in order to normalize their personal and professional situation once they access the system of freedom and the money allocated to the scholarship program has exceeded 20 million EUR
