margin concept emerges as a closed concept, finishing, universal and eternal since its inception in the sixties. Later, "social exclusion" in the context of neoliberal state, is a notion that obscures reality as a process and antagonistic social relations within the object. Both concepts emerge in the academic, social and political, charged with a particular ideology concealing the horror through which they maintained and reproduced the symbolic and material conditions of subjection and domination of man over man by blood, pain, deprivation, forgetting (or disappearance) of history and conformity based on violence.
