Introduction:
The overthrow of Porfirio Diaz and his well-known historiographical exile triggered several explanations. One hundred years later, the importance of the issue on the historical study about the social process produced and lived in certain regions of the country from a political movement, questioning the origins that led to the survival of society and economic policy after 1910 .
This research attempts to gain an understanding of this movement from a particular region. We locate the town of Atlixco as the historical setting of the primary narrative. We also recognize that the territory of the regions do not have to be enclosed in a homogenous geographical setting, since it depends on the extent of territoriality, ie, the form of appropriation, in which they have operated and operate them for their people and collective social actors, internal and external. Besides geography, its spatial characteristics are given by different phenomena that make possible the existence of a regional society, such as ethnicity, economics, culture, language and forming a sense of belonging and regionalism.
