The magazine C + I digital, electronic publication of refereed academic character of the Master in Science Communication at the University of Zulia (Venezuela), (a) invited to submit an article for the third issue of our publication, under its recognized contribution to communication research.
will be given priority to the following types of contributions: articles research results that include an introduction, methodology, results and conclusions; articles reflecting an analytical, interpretive or critical approach by the author review articles showing results, systematization and advances field of study and demonstrate a careful and thorough review of the literature.
The deadline for submitting articles for our third number is the November 15, 2010 .
Articles Scientists must comply with the following characteristics:
1. must be original and unpublished work.
2. The article body should be in English and the title and abstract must be submitted in both English and English.
3. Its size should not exceed 25,000 characters (no spaces), approximately 20 pages double spaced.
4. The work must be written in Word, Arial 12 point, double space with 12 points of spacing between paragraphs.
5. The pages must be listed in the lower right corner.
6. articles must include: a. abstract in English, b. English abstract (between 100 and 120 words), c. list of five keywords (and key words) that cover the main ideas of work, d. About author (nationality, institutional affiliation, last academic title, email).
7. The article title should not include abbreviations and should be up to 15 words. Each section of the article should have titles and, if necessary, subtitles.
8. The abstract should include the subject of study, research objectives, methods and theories employed, the results and conclusions most frequent.
9. Within the structure of the text is placed the notes in a footnote, only to include additional text, not to write references. Acknowledgements should be expressed only to individuals and institutions that made significant contributions in research. Financial support, if any, must be written in this section.
10. The titles of sections are listed followed by a number of point 1., 2. And the sections or sub sub headings as follows as 1.1. 1.2.
11. Abbreviations and acronyms should be explained only the first time used.
12. Each chart, graph or table must have a descriptive title at the bottom.

13. citations under five lines can be incorporated directly into the text in quotation marks. The quotations over five lines should go in a separate paragraph, indented on the right (1.5 cm) and left (1 cm) without quotation marks and a line spacing. When fully copied the ideas of the author, immediately after the relevant date, is incorporated, in parentheses the name of the author of the work, the year of publication and page number where the appointment has been made. If you miss quoting any part of the original text (lines, paragraphs, pages) should be indicated by placing in the event, just at the site that corresponds to the jump, ellipsis in parentheses or brackets.
When referring to ideas, conceptualizations and categorizations of others, without copying verbatim, the relevant reference is given through the incorporation in the text, immediately after mentioning the author and in parentheses, the year Publication of the work, which should also be mentioned in the literature.
14. The references should read as follows:

Laws, regulations, codes : Country, Official Agency (year). Title of the law, regulation, code. City Edition. Editorial.
Example: National Assembly (2005). Ley de responsabilidad social en radio y televisión. Caracas. Editora de Textos Legales. 
          Artículos de revistas : Autor (año). Titulo de artículo. Nombre de la publicación. Ente editor o responsable. Ciudad, época lapso. Volumen, año, número. Página de inicio y página de finalización del artículo.
